These are not merely words but the belief of a 16-year-old boy who has grown into a professional entrepreneur today. He transformed his innovative ideas into real life engineering solutions that solved day to day problems and made life simpler. This description portrays Mr. Sahil Chawla, the Founder of Tsecond Generation Technology Pvt Ltd and Co-founder of Tsecond Incorporation, established in 2014 and 2020 respectively, now having a diverse team of passionate and enthusiastic employees working together to fulfill one dream with the spark to serve the community.
Success does not happen overnight and even in his story it was his consistent hardwork with the blend of persistence and perseverance that paved the way from a small town of Brahmapuri in India to Silicon Valley, USA.
The journey began long before one's imagination as what can one expect from an 8-year-old boy? Mr. Sahil Chawla's curiosity then dwelled into vehicles and electronics which instigated him to select Science for intermediate study followed by specialization in Computer Science Engineering from GH Raisoni College, Nagpur. Being a non fanatic of academics, he was always fond of co-curricular activities especially ahead in representing college for project competitions and with his innovative ideas, he won them all.
During these years, Mr. Chawla broadened his technical horizons and it should not take you by surprise that by the age of sweet 16, he had already chalked out his future plan. Although the plan was rock solid, the pieces of the puzzle were yet scattered.
To dive deep and gain in-depth knowledge, Mr. Chawla decided to pursue a job at a multinational IT company but fate had something else destined for him. After working for 3 months with limited scope of learning, the boundaries impelled Mr Sahil to choose between a comfortable long life and an adventurous vision to fulfill his dream. This made him give up on his IT job and initiate his own start-up named Tsecond . The innovation stone had now been laid with initial offerings of software applications and website solutions, but he still felt a greater part was missing. His keen interest into embedded electronics transformed his ideas into innovative solutions that made day to day life simpler.
One such idea dawned Mr. Chawla's mind on a fine afternoon while filling fuel at a gas station. Mr. Sahil observed the discrepancy in fuel filling system installed at the gas station. Wondering about the accuracy of the fuel gauging machine, he researched about multiple fuel gauging technologies which concluded with the unique idea of electronic fluid gauging system. This marked the beginning of Tsecond's flagship product named E-funnel which was conserved through Berne Convention in 2014.
The journey of milestones had just begun. In 2014, ˜Tsecond' was registered as a Private Limited entity wherein Research and Development were the founding pillars of the company. After enduring numerous sleepless nights, Tsecond developed its first prototype in 2015 and received its first angel investment from Nagpur Angel Investor in 2016 based on research, dedication and will to innovate. It was Mr Chawla's firm belief that funds are meant for investment that helped him to create new business verticals.
In this journey, Tsecond made long lasting relations with many individuals and entities. To name a few, LocationGuru Solutions Pvt Ltd led as the marketing lead while Napino Auto and Electronics Limited gave the final touches to E-funnel(followed zero 0 protocol) before its launch in the commercial segment. Mr. Sahil belief in innovation and creativity outlawed time as a working constraint. According to him, Time is not a constraint when you are working towards creating technology that you believe and this belief altogether motivates the employees to work round the clock even if the commitment requires.
Success comes to those who believe in themselves and dare to act! Wollah, Tsecond bagged its first sales victory with American Towers Corporation(ATC) as their customer. E-funnel was a solution to their prime fuel pilferage problem. The proven technology of "E-funnel" also received patents in India and the USA. The product's success was not limited to its making but also ensured on ground support and timely installation at customer sites. Tsecond's dedicated team in partnership with Napino Auto and Electronics tested each product before delivery followed by installation carried out by skilled personnel. Shipments, collections, client requests and installations were all managed by the engineers team thus leading to next milestone of completing 100 E-funnel installations across six states of India.
Success was making its noise which led to media coverage in one of the most leading start- up stories cover page named "Yourstory". Mr. Sahil's hard work and Tsecond's success were honored by the Best Startup of the Region Award (2017), Global Nagpur Awards (honor to put Nagpur on the global map), and Collision Conference 2018, New Orleans. The story was covered in leading newspapers like The Economic Times, Times of India and many others. Various platforms invited Mr. Sahil to share his entrepreneurial experience such as Josh talks, TiECON 2018, the Weekend Leader (2018), and LawSikho. Tsecond was also recognized by The Silicon India Startup City Magazine (2018 edition) in the top 20 most promising Hardware startup list.
This recognition attracted international investors from US-based Tech Fund, LEPL USA, Inc. worth $370,000 in 2019.
As the famous quote says, "The journey to success has its own twists and turns" and so did the year 2020 came with an uncertain twist called "Covid-19: the global health crisis and the greatest challenge we have faced since World War II". The Corona virus pandemic had brought the entire world to a standstill causing profound effects on healthcare systems, education, business operations and so on. Ban on raw material import from China, unbounded stretches of nationwide lockdown and unclear sight of things going back to normal: all these consequences did affect Tsecond operations as well. But sooner than later, old business operation methods were being replaced by new ones and by now Mr. Sahil Chawla had realized that it was time to pivot for sustainable development. With funds that would now last for only three months, the team agreed to unite and stick together until a new plan came into existence and the hunt for new ventures began. During these testing times of utmost uncertain future and troublesome financial management, it was the vision of Tsecond that kept the team motivated and afloat for the next twelve months. With timeless efforts and alot of thought, Mr. Sahil Chawla pulled the course of Tsecond journey towards Silicon Valley, California and decided to set foot at the global electronic hub with Tsecond Incorporation that would launch new technology in data-sphere.
Founded in the Bay Area in 2020, Tsecond Inc.'s mission is to reform the global data-sphere with technologies that increase the speed, volume and efficiency with which data travels to workplaces and homes across the world. In 2020, Tsecond Inc. (USA), launched its flagship product - BRYCK: a high density, high speed form factor for large data sets. Secure, portable and rugged, BRYCK's capacity to hold an astonishing one PetaByte of big data in a lightweight 4x4x9.5 inch polymer block makes it the smallest such mass storage device known to man.
As an entrepreneur, Mr. Sahil believes that Patience, Persistence and Perseverance are the three mantras for building a successful business. He is inspired by his father and has learnt the life lessons of hard work from him. To fulfill his dream, he works tirelessly for 18 hours per day. He has a great sense of admiration for the great legends namely Steve Jobs, Nicola Tesla, Ratan Tata and Anand Mahindra. He believes in 'Do your best and karma will do the rest!
As a budding entrepreneur Mr . Sahil has always considered Economic development to be a significant part of the society but it is incomplete without social welfare. Your thoughts get influenced by your lifestyle, thus to think innovative, you need to mould yourself in that manner.
After talking with Mr. Sahil, he has expressed lot of hopes from the youth and believes that when one is ready with the innovative plan, then all he needs to do is hard work. He says success is right there, you just need to take a step to reach!

Sometimes, I felt as if there are a million disassembled pieces of a puzzle and I have to complete it without an image, the only image I had of the complete puzzle in my mind.
