What is EPF Form 11?
EPF Form 11 is a self-declaration form that an employee must fill at the time of joining a new organization covered under the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) Scheme. It includes the employee’s EPF history and enables automatic transfer of their PF account, eliminating the need to fill Form 13.

- Employer has 20 or more employees and is registered under the EPF Act, 1952.
