And Dr. Rupali Patil Jain is a remarkable example of someone who refused to let conventional thinking define her journey.

From Medicine to a Mission

Dr. Rupali completed her undergraduate medical education in 1997 and chose ENT surgery as her field of specialization.

Her journey as an ENT surgeon was not an easy one.

Being a full-time doctor while pursuing a law degree was far from easy.

For three years, Dr. Rupali managed an extremely demanding routine.

She travelled for nearly four hours every day for her studies, attended her classes and then returned to serve her OPD patients from afternoon into the evening.

There were days when balancing medicine, education, family and social service must have seemed overwhelming.

Her work included counselling survivors, supporting people through difficult situations and helping medical professionals better understand legal issues connected with healthcare.

Dr. Rupali's commitment to service extends beyond her medical and legal responsibilities.

She has also been involved in providing free surgeries, including work with a group of doctors from Tamil Nadu that helped 22 patients.

For her, medicine has never been limited to a consultation room.

It has been a means of reaching people who need help.

And her journey has shown that professional success becomes even more meaningful when it is combined with social responsibility.

Dr. Rupali Patil Jain has been serving as an ENT surgeon in Warud for 18 years while also contributing as a medico-legal consultant and supporting survivors of domestic violence.

Despite her demanding professional responsibilities, Dr. Rupali believes in maintaining a life filled with learning and creativity.

She enjoys Indian classical music, yoga and cycling.

Her love for travelling has also allowed her to explore different cultures and broaden her understanding of the world.
